This Contempt Case, under Sections 1O to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 197 l, is filed seeking to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience and violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8726 of 2024 dated 03.o4.2024.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nd.2 has placed on record a copy of the proceedings No.722/Y/2O24 dated 18.07.2024, and submits that the order of this Court dated O3.O4.2O24 in W.P.No.8726 of 2024 is complied.
