The petitioner prays for the following relief: " ...Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent no.3 in providing police protection to the petitioner, as being illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and violative of Articles 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to take action against the unofficial respondents who are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of land admeasuring Ac 3-37 gts. situated in Sy. No. 1 of Hasmathpet Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, of the petitioner..."

The petitioner is substantially seeking implementation of order passed in I.A.No.2159 of 2012. This Court is of the view that though a writ is maintainable in given cases but having regard to the nature of dispute presented by petitioner through various annexures, the writ petition is dismissed by giving liberty to petitioner to work out remedies in O.S. No.711 of 2012.

No order as to costs.
