THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18711 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the orders passed by respondent No.1 on 26.04.1993 in a revision petition filed under Section 6 of the A.P. Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulations, 1959. The impugned order of the Government reads as follows: "Sri K.Mangachary, Counsel for the Revision Petitioner is informed that the revision petition filed against the orders of the Agent to Govt., West Godavari District in SRA.No.41/87, dated 23-2-1988 has been examined by the Govt. and the Govt. consider that there is no case for interference with orders issued by the courts below. The Revision Petition is hereby rejected by the Govt.

2. The Counsel for the Revision Petitioner is requested to inform his client accordingly."

Since the said order does not contain any reason, without going into merits of the case this Court is constrained to set aside the Memo No.12649/F1/90-1 dated 26.04.1993 and remanding the matter for fresh consideration in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
