Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration takes notice on behalf of respondent No.1. Mr.N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue takes notice on behalf of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice to respondent No.5 by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service. The respondents shall file their respective counters, if any by the next date of hearing. Otherwise, orders will be passed basing on the material available on record. List on 27.04.2022 for counter of the respondents. I.A.No.1 of 2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a final notice dated 19.03.2022 is issued by the 2nd respondent basing on the complaint given by the 5th respondent. He submits that without even issuing show-cause notice, the present final notice is issued directing the petitioners to submit the valid documents within (3) days or else they will take stringent action for cancellation of house numbers allotted earlier as per the Telangana Municipal Act, 2019, besides a case will be registered for grabbing and encroaching into the land illegally

against the individuals. It is submitted that it is purely a dispute between the two private parties and Municipality has nothing to do with the said disputes. In collusion with the 5th respondent, the 2nd respondent has issued the final notice. Learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality submits that he will come up with a detailed counter in this matter. Hence, the respondent authorities shall not interfere with the petitioner's possession, until further orders. ____________ LK,J sj
