This Writ Petition is filed challenging the letter, dated 21.07.2012, of the 2nd respondent in directing the petitioner to submit a Conversion Certificate from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranga Reddy East, Ranga Reddy District, for non-agricultural purpose as per the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purpose) Act, 2006 and the Rules framed thereunder in respect of land admeasuring Acs.10.00 in Survey No.187 situated at Chandupatlaguda Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

On 22.02.2013, this Court directed the 2nd respondent to entertain the request of the petitioner for grant of approved draft layout without insisting on production of 'No Objection Certificate'. In view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.702 of 2010 and batch dated 28.08.2015, the production of Conversion Certificate has become necessary. 4.

In view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.702 of 2010 and batch, dated 28.08.2015, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition as the letter, dated 21.07.2012, of the 2nd respondent has to be upheld.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
