Though a request is made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on completion of investigation, police filed final report on 31.01.2017 before XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar stating that the matter is 'civil in nature' and requested the learned Magistrate to close the case.
