The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 20.06.2006 in E.P.No.17 of 2006 in O.S.No.47 of 2004 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge's Court, Yellamanchili.

The Appeal Suit is filed challenging the judgment dated 08.06.2005 in O.S.No.47 of 2004 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge's Court, Yellamanchili.

When these matters were listed on 06.02.2017, none appeared for the petitioner/appellant and this Court directed to list the matters on 07.03.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even on 07.03.2017, none appeared for the petitioner/appellant. Hence, the matters were posted to today.

Today, when the matters are taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner/appellant.

It shows that the petitioner/appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matters.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition and Appeal Suit are dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in Civil Revision Petition and Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
