This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction against the respondents while declaring the action of the respondents in not interviewing , not considering and not appointing the petitioner as Contract Junior Lineman as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to consider his case for appointment.

This Court passed an interim order dated 24.4.2007 in WPMP No. 11077 of 2007.

Counsel appearing for petitioner Sri M. Rajamalla Reddy requested this Court to make absolute the interim direction dated 24.4.2007 in WPMP No. 11077. In the interim application, the petitioner sought for relief to issue a direction against respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as Contract Junior Lineman, pending disposal of the Writ Petition. In view of the request made by the counsel appearing for petitioner Sri M. Rajamalla Reddy, respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner.
