When this writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel, who formerly appeared for the writ petitioner, stated that the writ petitioner died long time back and that none of the legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioner evinced interest in prosecuting the writ petition and that the writ petition stood abated for not impleading the legal representatives of the deceased sole writ petitioner within the statutory period. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition is present. Recording the afore-said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
