ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 to A4 seeks permission to withdraw the criminal revision case. Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the presence of the petitioners/A2 to A4 before the trial Court is dispensed with, except on the dates when their presence is insisted by the trial Court. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
