There was no representation for the petitioner, when the matter was called on 06.02.2020. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner though the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It appears, petitioner does not intend to prosecute the writ petition.
