Road, Hyderabad. ...RESPONDENTS petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High.Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents in not releasing the retirement benefits of the petitioner like Gratuity, Commutation, General Provident Fund and Encashment of Eamed Leave etc., for the last nearly 9 months without any justification or reasonable cause even though the Accountant General, Telangana has already authorized the pension and other retirement benefits of the petitioner and that the 4th respondent has already generated cheque (Token) Numbers and sent to Govemment for release of amounts is as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, in-human,
cruel and violative of Articles 14, 16,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents to release the retirement benefits of the petitioner i.e. General Provident Fund Amount vide Token No. 2601867199, dated 10-11-2025 for Rs.11 ,79,4771- and Token No. 2601064194, dated 19-8-2025 for Rs.14,15,380/- towards Encashment of Earned Leave amount and Token No' 2600971114, dated 6-8-2025 for Rs.4,86,411t' and Token No. 2600971084, dated 68-2025 for Rs.12,57,4041- towards commutation amount and Token No' 2600971030, dated 6-8-2[25for Rs.1 1,53,7041-and Token No. 2600971061, dated 6-g-2025 for Rs.4,46,290l- in respect of Gratuity amount with interest @ 10% per annum from the date of retirement to the date of release of the amounts. l.A.

ORDER:
Heard Sri A.Thirupathi Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respond.ents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral I \
benefits, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respond.ent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the lis raised in the present writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this court in w.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated 03.09. 2025 , and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of w.P.No.23138 of 2o2S dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders. 5.
Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated o3.09.2o2s passed by the Division Bench of this court in w.p.N o.2313g of 2o2s, this writ \l \
Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of loo/o per annLlm, from the date the amount fell due, till the actual date of its payment.
