... Respondents The Court made the following:
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13112 OF 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed alleging inaction of the respondents in not making corrections in concerned revenue records and to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application dated 05.03.2018. The application dated 05.03.2018 is in continuation to the earlier applications made on 05.03.2017, 05.03.2015, 05.03.2010 and in all the representations, petitioner only requests inclusion of his name in Patta column of land in Survey No.253/30 of Attapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
However, the material on record would disclose that the person who made a representation is General Power of Attorney Holder of Dilshad Jah Bahadur and the representation was made on his behalf. If that is so, the request is to include the name of Dilshad Jah Bahadur and not the power of attorney holder. Thus the representations made themselves being defective, no direction as sought for can be granted.
2.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available under law. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if
any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
