Learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned I-Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Proddatur, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.201 of 2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
