HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI Writ Appeal No.73 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Butta Vijaya Bhaskar, learned counsel for the appellant does not press this writ appeal and submits that the respondents may be directed to pay compensation to the appellant instead of T.D.R. bonds. In other words, he submits that the appellant is not inclined to accept T.D.R. bonds and she would like to receive compensation for her land under acquisition.

Mr. R. Sudheer, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that if the appellant is not inclined to accept T.D.R. bonds, they would invite her for negotiations and would pay her compensation.

In view thereof, we are satisfied that this writ appeal can be conveniently disposed of by the following order: "a) The writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. b) This order may be treated as rejection by the appellant to accept T.D.R. bonds and respondent No.2 shall invite the appellant for negotiations and settle the compensation.

c) Respondent No.2 shall complete the process as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The appellant is directed to produce a copy of this order before the concerned authorities within ten days from today."

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
