THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.20340 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.381 of 2015 and take action against the accused therein.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, though the 2nd respondent registered a case in Crime No.381 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 167, 199, 218 & 409 IPC on 29.11.2015, so far, no steps have been taken and charge sheet has not been filed before the court concerned. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.381 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, within a period of six months from today. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 05.12.2016.
