This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondent-police in not taking action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 29-06-2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions submits that on the basis of complaint lodged by petitioner, a case in Cr.No.245 of 2019 was registered by respondent-police. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner and he says that no further orders are required.
