THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.704 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt case is filed by the petitioners to summon contemnors and punish them for not implementing the orders of this court dated 23-9-2016 in Writ No.7261 of 2007 whereunder while allowing the writ petition filed by the petitioner, this court directed the respondent-authorities to implement corrigendum order dated 18-12-2003 passed by the Regional Manager, A.P.S.R.T.C. within six weeks from the date of order and pay the monetary benefits to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of fixing of pay. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C. Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy would submit that the respondents have implemented the order of this court and as a token of which he filed a receipt showing payment of Rs.1,34,209/- to the petitioner and prayed to dismiss the petition. There is no representation for the petitioner today. In these circumstances, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
