None appeared for the petitioner.

This Court, while admitting the writ petition, passed interim order dated 19.02.2008 in WPMP No.4335 of 2008 directing the 1st respondent to Prattipadu Group-I Temples, Prattipadu, Guntur District, to consider complying with the instructions issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments in his proceedings Rc.No.A2/5358/2004, dated 25.06.2004, for payment of arrears of salary of Rs.81,586/- to the petitioner and also to the 2nd respondent-Prattipadu Group-II Temples, Prattipadu, Guntur District to consider complying with the instructions issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments in his proceedings Rc.No.A2/5475/2004, T.S.E. dated 29.06.2004, for payment of arrears of salary of Rs.21,209/-- to the petitioner. No counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. Since there is already a direction to consider the grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 19.02.2008 in WPMP No.4335 of 2008.
