The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject Suit in O.S.No.670 of 2006 on the file of XI Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District, was disposed of on 05.11.2018 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
