ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation, for respondents. It is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 18.12.2015 passed in W.P.No.32614 of 2015.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the subject property of the petitioner on payment of requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be subject to further direction, which may be issued by the State Government of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation, which is pending before it, arising out of the judgment dated 12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
