Mandumula Suresh v. The State Of Telangana And 3 Others
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15421 OF 2019 ORDER:
Heard.
2. Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of the land to an extent of Acs.9-20 guntas in survey Nos.962, 963, 964, 965 and 966 situated at Vinjamoor Village, Chintapally Mandal, Nalgonda District. Petitioner claims that his name was mutated in the revenue records, was issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds. But, as per the new system evolved, e-pattadar passbook is not issued to him depriving him to avail the benefits of various schemes formulated by the Government.
3. It is not stated as to why e-passbook is not issued to the petitioner. He has not availed any redressal grievance mechanism against not issuing e-passbook. Typed copy of representation filed as material paper does not contain the date of submission of such representation. Thus, it cannot be said that the respondents are negligent in attending to the grievance of the petitioner necessitating institution of writ petition and calling upon the respondents to act as required in law. I see no merit in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to apply, along with supporting documents, for issuance of e-passbook.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
