THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.4308 of 2009 ORDER:

Ms. Vallabhaneni Santhisree holding for Mr. V. Sudhakar Reddy, counsel for petitioners, submits that after the writ petition is filed and the interim order was made absolute vide order dated 20.04.2011, the respondents have implemented the channel as originally proposed through Sy.No.51. Having regard to the above circumstance, learned counsel submits that no further order is necessary. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
