HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 785 OF 2015 ORDER:

Upon haring both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

Having regard to the prima facie nature of acquisition in the FIR allegations, and as the Investigation is reported to be pending, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings in FIR No. 536 of 2014 on the file of Chilkalguda Police Station, Hyderabad. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners/A1 to A3 are directed to surrender before the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad on or before 25.2.2015 and seek bail and if they do so, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of their bail applications on the same day on merits.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
