THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.107 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the order, dated 04.07.2011 in Crl.R.P.No.3 of 2011 passed by the III Addl. District and Sessions Judge (FTC), at Medak, by virtue of which, the 1st appellate Court confirmed the order, dated 06.01.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.523 of 2010 in P.O.R.No.1053 of 2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Medak, allowing the petition for return of the property.

Heard the learned Public Prosecutor. None appears for the respondent in spite of notice. 3.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petition can be closed since the trial Court acquitted the accused, out of which, this Criminal Petition arises. 4.

Considering the above, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
