HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.3361 & 3362 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7709 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.286 of 2016 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada City, registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
