This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.5 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2446 of 2017 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate. 2 .

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 02.04.2019, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed and the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, has taken cognizance of the case in S.C.No.664 of 2018.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
