This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.343 of 2015-16 on the file of Narsipatnam Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 (c ) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c ) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and others were found transporting 135 kgs of dry ganja in six gunny bags. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioner and others, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
