Heard both sides.

In the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice by the learned Public Prosecutor that police already filed final report in the said crime No.133 of 2016 of Kanagal Police Station, Nalgonda District, and the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda, has taken cognizance for the offences covered by the FIR by allotting P.R.C.No.3 of 2017.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed by left open all available defence and the remedy is available to the petitioners to impugn the police final report and the cognizance order with part II CD by fresh petition.
