THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO C.M.A. No.2542 of 2003 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred against the award in O.P.No.2458 of 2000 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal'), seeking enhancement of compensation, awarded by award dated 11.12.2002.

Notice to respondent No.2 was not served. On 08.11.2013, when the matter was listed, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he has given up vakalat long back and however, he sought three weeks time in order to enable the parties to engage some other advocate.

Today when the matter is listed, none appeared for the appellant.

In the above circumstances, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
