THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 62 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Company Application, though the relief sought by the applicant is to sell the land along with buildings and structures (along with scrap lying therein) situated in Lot No.4 (Acs.43.43 in Survey Nos.228, 229, 230, 231, 235, 236, 237, 246 and 247) at Kothapet Village, Sirpur Kagaznagar, Adilabad District, Telangana, in his favour, Sri S. Ravi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant, fairly submits that he would not seek for allowing this application in terms of the relief sought, however, seeks directions to the Official Liquidator to take decision expeditiously with respect to putting the properties of the company in liquidation for better use, so as to recover the monies and to avoid encroachments.

In the light of the common order passed by this Court in Company Application Nos.63 and 67 of 2019, no further orders are required to be passed in this Company Application. Accordingly, this Company Application is closed. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 31st JANUARY, 2020.
