This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the judgment and decree dated 08.07.2013 passed in C.M.A.No.16 of 2010 on the file of II Additional District Judge, East Godavari District at Amalapuram.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.
