HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.45995 of 2016 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.4 calling the petitioner and threatening him to involve him in criminal cases without any cause and interfering with the civil disputes despite pendency of suit vide O.S.No.311 of 2006 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Bhuvangir, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the petitioner's life, liberty and property. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that respondent-police are not interfering with any of the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent herein. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction :

The Respondent-Police are directed not to interfere in any civil dispute of the petitioner without there being any case registered against the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
