THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CIVIL REVISION PET ON No.1085 OF 2O2O ORDER:
This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/plaintiFfs, requesting to direct the V Additional District Judge, Nalgonda at Bhongir, to dispose of I.A.No.960 of 2019 in O.S.No.56 of 2077 pending on its file, expeditiously
2. Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners/plaintiffs, learned counsel for the respondents/defendants and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners/plaintiffs filed I.A.No.960 of 2019 in O.S.No.56 of 2017 under Section 151 of CPC, seeking police protection, before the Court below. Though the said application was filed in the year 2019, it is not yet disposed of by the Court below.

As per the material placed on record, the said I.A. was filed in the year 2019. Much time has been elapsed. By this time, the Court below ought to have disposed of the said Interlocutory Appl ication.

Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.960 of 2079 in O.S.No.56 of 2077 pending on its file within fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs' The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
