THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13176 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation, dated 03.04.2018, to the first respondent, but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the first respondent to verify the said representation and take action as per law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is pending consideration the same would be considered and appropriate action would be taken strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to verify the representation, dated 03.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the

petitioners herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
