Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a Final Report on 30.05.2015 requesting the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, to close the crime by referring it as 'civil in nature'.

3. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
