THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.8556 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not giving the Special Grade/Stagnation Increment to the petitioner with effect from his completion of 12 years of service in A.P.S.R.T.C. from the date of his appointment as bad, arbitrary, illegal, unjust and contrary to the Circulars and contrary to the Judgments of this Court and consequently direct the respondents to effect the 12 years Stagnation Increment/Special Grade to the petitioner on completion of 12 years of service in the Corporation. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the interim order of this Court dated 30.04.2004, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
