HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8098 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in issuing Occupancy Right Certificate dated 22.05.1998 to the respondent No.5 herein in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.16-20 guntas in Sy.Nos.190, 292, 419 situated within the limit of Venkatagiri Village, Devakadra Mandal, Mahbubnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that Revision lies against the impugned order as per the Division Bench judgment of this Court in CRP.No.1679 of 2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy available under law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy available under law. No costs.
