On 13.02.2015, this Court had directed the petitioner to take suitable steps for amendment of the cause title insofar as the description of the 3rd respondent is concerned. Till today, steps are not taken. With the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting the matter further and hence nobody is coming forward to work out the matter.

We are, therefore, constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
