HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 22985 of 2011 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondent in summoning the petitioner to the police station, harassing him and insisting him to settle the issue.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
