The issue in W.P.No.23830 of 2009 is with regard to registration of rectification deed in favour of the petitioner. 2.

This Court by judgment dated 02.02.2015 allowed the said Writ Petition declaring the registration of the rectification deed presented by the 2nd respondent and registered by the 1st respondent in the Writ Petition with reference to plot registered in favour of the petitioner has no validity in the eye of law. No further directions were issued in the Writ Petition. It is not the case of the petitioner that rectification deed is still in force even though the same was declared as illegal by this Court. As no further directions were issued, it cannot be said that respondents have violated the orders of this Court necessitating initiation of proceedings under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 3.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
