This Company Application is filed by M/s Penna Cement Industries Limited (Demerged Company) for a direction to convene the meetings of its equity shareholders, secured and unsecured creditors for considering the scheme of arrangement.

This Court by order, dated 24.8.2015, has appointed the Chairpersons for holding the meetings referred to above.

The Chairpersons have filed separate reports, dated 01.10.2015. These reports are, accordingly, taken on record and the Company Application stands disposed of.
