The main writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the 1st respondent in disposing of the representation filed by the 4th respondent and the vacate stay petition filed by the petitioner society. When the writ petition came up for admission on 03.02.2009, this Court while ordering Rule Nisi, granted interim direction as prayed for in W.P.M.P.No.2020 of

2009.

The W.P.M.P.No.2020 of 2009 is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to expedite the hearing of the representation filed by the 4th respondent and the vacate stay petition filed by the petitioner-society covered by Memo No.1003/Coop.V2/07 pending disposal of the writ petition. In other words, the main relief, which has been sought, virtually granted by way of interim order, dated 03.02.2009 itself. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
