THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1181 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondent.

2. This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.No.15326 of 2015 dated 02.06.2015.

3. Now a counter-affidavit is filed stating that the said order was received in the office of the respondent on 26.06.2015 and after receipt of the order, the Tahsildar, Kanigiri was instructed to implement the orders. The said copy was marked to the petitioner also. The Tahsildar, Kanigiri allotted kerosene oil to the petitioner, by proceedings dated 04.07.2015 and the petitioner received the same on 09.07.2015 and lifted the kerosene oil also.
