OFFICE NOTE 15.12.2021 LK,J I.A.No.3 of 2021 This petition is filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in Crl.P.No.4874 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially this Court granted bail to the petitioner by order dated 17.11.2020 imposing certain conditions. He submits that this Court by order dated 29.07.2021 modified the condition and directed the petitioner to appear before the investigating authorities by third Sunday of every month by holding that other conditions shall remain unaltered. He submits that petitioner has been complying with the said condition and since the investigation is completed, the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor does not dispute that petitioner has been complying with the said condition, but however it is stated that invesgiation is pending.

Taking into consideration the submission of learred counsel for the petitioner, condition imposed by this Court by order dated 29.07.2021 is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the police, whenever his presence is required.
