No.13137 of 2018 JUDGMENT : (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.Praveen Kumar) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking release of P.Ranganayakulu, the son of the petitioner, P.Mahesh, S/ o.Ranganayakulu, Mohan, S/ o.Guru Prasad, who are said to be in illegal custody of the third respondent.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the detenues are freed and hence he is not pressing the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
