HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2055 OF 2006 O R D E R :

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is settled out of Court and the 3rd respondent paid an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the petitioner towards full and final settlement of his claim and the same is acknowledged by the petitioner, and as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
