Since there was no representation on behalf of the appellant on 23.11.2017, the matter was adjourned by two weeks. On 15.2.2018 again there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. As such the case was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either in the morning or in the afternoon. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence the appeal dismissed for default. 3.
