HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.645 OF 2022 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 31.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37221 of 2021.

02. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 31.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37221 of 2021, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 04.05.2022.

03. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact.

04. In view of the same, the contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the

rejection proceedings dated 04.05.2022 in accordance with law, if he is so aggrieved.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
