ORDER:

Petitioner herein is a widow of the employee of the respondent corporation and that her husband worked as Conductor bearing No.E 500474 and died on 22.01.2010. Petitioner claims that the consequential benefits

including payment of difference in salaries, death benefits, EL amount, provident fund contribution, gratuity etc. still remains payable by the respondent corporation. Petitioner made a detailed representation dated 15.10.2014 to the third respondent.

Alleging inaction in considering the said representation, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Mr. P. Durga Prasad, learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation, submits that the representation of the petitioner would be appropriately considered and early decision will be taken.

3. In the circumstances, the third respondent is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner contained in the aforesaid representation and after verifying the records, release the payment due to the petitioner's husband, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
